Jean-Denis describes Town AI's approach as a "Switzerland strategy," meaning it is not about replacing tools like Notion or Google Docs but rather enhancing them. He explains:
"What we're trying to do is take a holistic view of all the things that you do as an individual."

"Our growth story is a PLG, a prosumer PLG motion, where we acquire users that are people who tend to have a tinker kind of gene."
