Anchor Replicate - Record human demonstration of a browser task

Jan 19

Anchor browser agents can now learn workflows directly from a human demonstration.

Instead of defining steps, selectors, or recovery logic, you show the workflow once in the browser. The agent observes the exact sequence of actions and can reproduce it reliably going forward.

This is particularly useful in cases where traditional browser automation breaks down:

  • Obscure or legacy systems
Internal tools, government portals, and third party systems with no usable API can now be automated without reverse engineering the UI or maintaining fragile scripts.
  • Complex workflows
Multi step flows with conditionals, non deterministic UI behavior, or edge cases that are difficult to encode manually can now be automated by example.
  • Customer specific processes
When each customer has a slightly different workflow, the agent can learn directly from their own demonstration instead of requiring custom development.

This shifts browser automation from handcrafted scripts to learned execution. The agent follows the same path a human would take, using the browser itself as the interface.
